SWEET SPICY JUICE (Early Spring FEB. 18-MAR. 15)
Ingredients:
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch) 3 carrots
1 apple
1 small sweet potato 1 cucumber
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Juice all the ingredients (ginger, carrot, apple, sweet potato, cucumber) and stir in a pinch of cinnamon. Serve immediately for nourishing and invigorating hydration.
